The hotel rooms were quite large, with a king bed and spacious bathroom. However, cleanliness was an issue. The service was wonderful, especially from Suat and Keren. The location was close to Istanbul airport but not in a tourist area. The dining experience was not like Western style. The facilities were not highlighted.
The hotel has a convenient location near the Mall of Istanbul and offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The rooms have some issues with cigarette smoke smell and noise from the nearby highways, but the service, especially from Arzu, was incredibly friendly and helpful.
