The hotel rooms were quite large, with a king bed and spacious bathroom. However, cleanliness was an issue. The service was wonderful, especially from Suat and Keren. The location was close to Istanbul airport but not in a tourist area. The dining experience was not like Western style. The facilities were not highlighted.

In HI Istanbul airport, it's not really close to the airport, so shuttle should be more frequent.
